Why is Teracube support ignoring customers?

I received a Teracube device in which the camera doesn’t work. I’ve tried many ways to contact technical support, but I haven’t received any response—not through the forum, nor by submitting a ticket. I’m wondering why this is happening, and if I don’t get any reply, I will consult with the consumer association I’m a member of to explore what legal actions I can take. I’m deeply disappointed.

I followed up with the team and they noted the ticket I made for you, but I’m surprised you have not heard anything back.
