I’m hoping you can clarify something. I purchased Teracube Thrive phones for my kids, but they cannot be used at all unless a $40/month wireless plan is activated per child. The phones haven’t been used yet, and a wireless plan isn’t needed for our purpose. Is there a way to deactivate or use the phones without activating the plan? If not, please let me know the best next steps. Thank you

Yes - The Teracube Thrive Kids phone is designed to work with an active Teracube wireless plan. This is intentional, as it enables key safety features, parental controls, and ongoing system updates.
If you do not require an active wireless plan, you can unlock your Phone for a fee. Please read more here
