How to use your own wireless plan

Teracube Thrive phones require the use of Teracube Wireless plans by default. If you want to use a different compatible plan or not activate any wireless plan, you can purchase a one-time software license fee. This fee depends on the original purchase price of your phone.

  1. If you paid $139 or higher for your phone, please pay $100 at this link.

  2. If you paid less than $139, please pay $150 at this link.

Once you have paid the above fee, send an email support@myteracube.com with your phone’s serial number. The serial number can be found in one of the following ways:

  1. It is printed on the back of the brown box

  2. By opening your child’s phone - Settings > About phone > Model & hardware > Serial number.

  3. If the “Activate Wireless” screen is coming up, then tap “Contact us”. It will show you the serial number.

Once you have done the above steps, you can use the following carriers:

Compatible wireless carriers: T-Mobile, Mint Mobile, Metro, Teracube Wireless.

Not compatible: AT&T, Verizon.
