2e issues: pulldown menu and closing apps

I received my Teracube 2e about a week ago and I really like it so far! There are just a couple issues I’ve run into:

The pulldown menu (or notification tray) is hyper-sensitive. Often when I’m swiping left or right to switch screens, it thinks I’m swiping down and causes the menu to appear even though my finger was nowhere near the top of the screen.

There are a few apps that close unexpectedly a few seconds after opening. I’ve noticed this the most with Instagram and Telegram. Sometimes it takes up to 3-5 tries before it opens and stays open. If a debugging log would be helpful, let me know how to send one and I’m happy to help.

It is a known bug as of now. You can check this post for suggestions.

Debugging logs will be very helpful. Here are the steps:

1. Enable Developer options if not done already.
2. Whenever the issue happens, generate a full bug report by going to Settings > System > Developer options > Bug report > Full report. The report will take some time in the background even though it looks like nothing happened. You will get an Android notification once the report is ready at which point you can share it with devs@myteracube.com.
