Att can't turn on data

Hi I just got my Terra cube back and for some reason I can’t turn on my data it will not switch on. I’ve restarted pulled Sim out and put in l. Any ideas

What carrier are you using? Did it work on the previous unit without any APN edit? Can you also try the following:

  1. Cache cleanup
  2. Factory reset

It worked perfectly thank you. But I do have a question I randomly drop to 3 g on att where every other phone I have lte

What area (state/city) are you based in? I wonder if AT&T is using any special 4G bands in your area.

It fixed it self sometimes I randomly drop from 3g to lte and back which is wierd
