cannot seem to call out…says calling but there is no ringing heard and after bit, just auto hangs up…call does not go thru to recipient.
seems like most calls incoming are working, just when I try to call, it does not work
any suggestions?

Could you tell us your country/city and wireless carrier. Also, could you try these steps:
- See if a reboot fixes the issue.
- Goto Settings > Apps & notifications > Phone > Storage. Clear cache and storage. Reboot and try again.

Your specific steps made it possible for me to make an outgoing call to my daughter successfully!
