There are occasions where collecting and sharing logs is helpful in diagnosing and fixing issues. Here are the steps:
- Enable Developer options if not done already.
- Whenever the issue happens, generate a full bug report by going to Settings > System > Developer options > Bug report > Full report. The report will take some time in the background even though it looks like nothing happened. You will get an Android notification once the report is ready at which point you can share it with devs@myteracube.com.
