I’ve tried to add a card to my fitbit pay (fitbit charge 3), but it gives a connection error when trying to couple it. I asked fitbit and they responded it’s probably because of the phone. I tried connecting the card with a different (non-tera) phone which worked. Any ideas what could be the problem?
Hi Daniel - this could be linked to the known bug that we are tracking here. We should have the update out within 2-3 weeks at the latest. If the update does not fix the issue, then do let us know here.
