If your child’s wireless plan has ended, you can reactivate it as follows:
- Visit myteracube.com/wireless and log in using your email address
- Click “Add a plan”
- Select your SIM from the “Your SIMs” section.
- Select a plan.
- If you get the below screen, use the “New phone number” option. This will allocate your old number back to you (if still available)
