Yesterday my 2E restarted twice while sitting unused but on. Last night it wouldn’t accept a charge. This morning it won’t turn on.
I used an external universal phone battery charger to charge the battery, although it shouldn’t have needed charging. Still won’t turn on (boot?).
What do I do now?
Hi @MerlinsMom - there are 2 ways to reset a Teracube phone which won’t boot.

If either of these doesn’t work, then we can do a warranty replacement for you. You can start that process by emailing support@myteracube.com (if possible, please include this link and what all you have tried so far)
