Teracube 2e randomly restarts, screen occasionally won't work

I’m not sure if this is a hardware or software issue. My phone will restart, sometimes after use (turning screen off via button), sometimes just on its own when its sitting on my desk. This happens about a dozen times a day. I’m not sure if this is related, but sometimes when trying to turn the screen on, the display will turn on but only show black. This is only fixed by restarting the phone. This happens maybe 3 or 4 times a day.

Please advise if there is a solution to this. This is becoming a real hassle.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Can you tell me the Amdroid version you have in TeraCube Updater?

Also, has the device ever gotten wet, dropped to the point of damaged screen, or has a screen/back case that appear to be bulging out?

The version is 13.0.4+dc21fc3.emerald.user

The phone has never gotten wet, dropped or cracked, and it does not appear to be bulging.

Can you backup your important files and do a full system reset to check how it behaves?
