I use this Alpha on my One/ruby (be advised that is an Alpha release):

Note 1: Upgrading to Android 13 requires a factory reset because of a change in encryption methods by Google. Teracube One previously used Full Disk Encryption (FDE), but Android 13 uses File-Based Encryption (FBE). This switch necessitates a clean install and data wipe. Be warned that it is not certified, so I could not download/use things like DisneyPlus or a few other apps with restrictive DRM or other requirements, but works just fine for regular daily-use for my apps and usecase.

Android 13 is still supported and should be for a time yet, so if normal functionality like the Phone app is crucial for you on your One, this may be your best bet for the time being.
