Youtube and whatsapp issues

Been having issues with my youtube app as well as whatsapp. Can anyone advise?

Could be due to an inconsistent app/system cache. There are many things you can try to fix this :

  1. Disable and re-enable Youtube app. Settings > Apps & notifications > Youtube > Disable. Allow it to reset to factory version. Re-enable the app in few minutes.

  2. If #1 does not work, then you can try How to wipe cache partition.

  3. The last resort can be How to factory reset (Erase all user data) .
