The “Ring Phone” feature is now available in the Teracube Thrive Parent app (starting from version 1.5.8). This can be useful if your child’s phone is lost.
Follow these steps to use it:
Open the Teracube Thrive Parent app.
Go to your child’s profile and click on the “Location” tab.
Click on “Ring Phone”
Your child’s phone will ring at high volume for the next 5 minutes.
Once you find the phone, tap on the “Ring” notification on your child’s device to stop the ringing.
