Incoming phone call audio "mostly" gone!

Just this morning I tried to make a call but since I heard nothing I assumed that the call did not go through. Hung up. Then the callee called me back and I heard no voice. Texting with him I Iearned that he heard me! Various tests indicate that:

  1. if I put on the speaker the audio comes through
  2. if I plug in a headphone (just TRS) the audio comes through the earbud
  3. missing audio includes the “calling” tone
    Anything I should try? I believe that I did a restart with no change.

You can try the following in sequence to see if anything fixes this issue:

  1. Goto Settings > Apps & notifications > Search for “Phone” > Clear Storage
  2. Soft reset.
  3. Backup and factory reset.

Hello,

I have the same problem as described by @1000dB.
I can’t find any solution on this forum neither on the /e/os/ discourse
(I can see that several thread asking help about the same problem).
I have a teracube 2e SN 2021 with /e/os 2.5 s emerald.

I already try all these steps:

But the problem persist.
I’d like to able to make phone call with my phone, any help is very much appreciate.
