Good day. My teracube does not display incoming call information. Everything is turned on in the settings (that I can think of) but still nothing. Anyone have any ideas?
My landline does this periodically. We’ve talked to our provider - centurylink - about it and they say the problem is in their local switching equipment. Don’t know if it applies here, but maybe?
Could you try steps 1-3 as mentioned in this post. Don’t do a factory reset just yet. If still not working after steps 1-3, then please do provide more details on what is happening (maybe with a video):
