SD storage does not work

When microsd 128GB installed phone recognizes then storage app launches and gets to 20% then hangs and app will not launch.

I can’t get my photos or files to my SD card either. I try to find something under camera settings but nothing. I want to move my audio books to my SD card but again nothing. My phone recognizes it but I can’t move anything there. I would also like some help with this. Anyone???

Thanks for posting pictures. Just to confirm - have you received and installed the software update? Please check your Build number Settings > System > About > Build number.

What’s the status on my phone not accepting any microsd without doing error dump? I must have a defective phone how can I get a replacement?

Could you please try the following:

1. Make sure you have Build version (Teracube_S1_06). Settings > System > About > Build

2. Clear system cache - How to clear/wipe cache partition

3. Check How to Use an SD Card

4. If it still does not work, then do a factory reset - How to factory reset (Erase all user data)
