[ Basic Troubleshooting ] Battery life or other unexpected issues

If you are experiencing general issues (not specific to a particular app) like battery life, random reboots, etc, then please try the following:

  1. See if a reboot solves the issue

  2. Check if your software is updated to the latest version by going to Settings > System > Teracube Updater

  3. Try a soft reset

  4. Cache cleanup

  5. If the soft reset does not help, then do a backup and factory reset

1). A reboot did not solve the issue.
2). software update is saying it will take a lot of data. Do I want to do that? The answer is no I want to use the Internet do use the latest update posted June 23
3). The Internet connection was the first initiative and a brand new telephone.
4). The cache is, therefore not a problem.
5). Does factory reset even apply at this point?

Welcome!

  1. If you’re connected via WiFi, it will use that. It will warn about mobile networks however (this is pretty common for many apps).
  2. It might be best to try after updating to the latest update
