'Which customers will be affected?
Customers may be affected if:
- They haven’t installed the most recent software update
- Their devices are no longer supported by manufacturers’ software updates
- Their devices were purchased outside of Canada
- Their devices haven’t been certified by Koodo’
be aware of some phone carrier’s upcoming changes
I can’t seem to update to Android 13 or even 12.1? Please advise. Thanks again.
But managed to install it after a re boot. Thanks again for the advice & support. Look forward to using Android 13 on Teracube 2e!
