Phone doesn’t call or receive calls anymore.

I recently had a teracube phone update, and since the update, the calling and receiving calls has stopped working. The I hit dial, it says it dialling but shortly ends without connecting with the caller and says “call ended”.

I’ve tried, clearing cache and restarting my phone, clearing the storage from the phone app and also uninstalling and reinstalling the phone app. What can I do to try to fix the problem?

Can you confirm the TeraCube model (2020x or 2021x), software version, and carrier?

Our T2e Android 13 update does not support AT&T. If you are using AT&T, then please revert to the earlier Android build using these steps - [Teracube 2e] Instructions to Install Factory Software and to Reset
